Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the requirements of the company's Quality Management System are implemented in the manufacturing department and in the NDT department.
• To ensure that company delivers flawless products and services to its clients.
• The person in this position ensures quality of the production process of probes and robotic devices:
• Acts as a representative of the quality management department in the Manufacturing department, supervises and ensures the application of the system requirements. This includes supervision over the application of environmental protection and occupational safety measures.
• Reviews and evaluates product requirements, creates quality plans and collaborates on the creation of manufacturing documentation.
• Supervises the implementation of quality plans.
• Performs final product inspection, prepares product reports and certificates.
• Creates inspection reports, detects, and reports on issues and supports their elimination.
• Takes care of management system documentation in Manufacturing.
• The person in this position also deals with quality assurance of non-destructive testing:
• Acts as a representative of the quality management department, supervises, and ensures the application of management system requirements in the non-destructive testing department. This includes supervision over the application of environmental protection and occupational safety measures, in the laboratory and in the field.
• Reviews and evaluates requirements, collaborates on the creation of service program plans, creates quality plans.
• Supervises the implementation of program plans and quality plans.
• Creates monitoring reports, detects, and reports on issues and supports their elimination.
• Takes care of certificates and other documentation of NDT personnel and equipment.
• The person in this position also participates in all other activities of the quality sector, in accordance with its qualifications:
• Participates in internal and external audits, conducts internal audits and supplier audits.
• Participates in documentation management.
• Detects issues, monitors their elimination, suggests improvements for processes and system.
• Reports the work results to the head of the quality department.

Qualifications:   

• High or higher education in a technical field
• Work experience in quality assurance for at least 5 years
• Qualification for quality auditing
• OHS knowledge
• Soft skills: Critical thinking (go beyond the obvious to detect issues), discipline, tenacity, attention to details, self-confidence, good communication and empathy
• English language
• Readiness for continuous training and education
• Willingness to work occasionally in the field
• NDT qualification, experience in the production of probes and robotic devices, or experience in conducting NDT activities, knowledge of ASME BPV Codes, 10 CFR21, 10CFR50 and/or NQA-1 will be considered as a plus
