We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join a leading metals manufacturer at their site in Shropshire. This is a permanent role offering a salary in the range of £46,000-£54,000pa depending on experience.

As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the reliability, maintainability, availability, compliance and performance of all onsite activities.

You will be responsible for planning and supervising maintenance and project work aimed at reducing unplanned downtime, equipment failures and machine breakdowns. They will also work to ensure all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities.
