Assistant Field Service Electrician, South-East, £30,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)

With an enviable and exciting client base, this is a hugely exciting time to join the company as an Assistant Field Service Electrician, to install, maintain and derig their solutions in a variety of exciting locations.

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Field Service Electrician are:

• Assisting power unit deployments & derigs​
• Assisting with electrical installations, including pulling cables
• Supporting with maintenance activities and conducting routine services
• Operating compressed gas systems
• General labouring duties, such as installing fencing ​
• Assist with delivery and collection of parts and materials
• Sorting, cleaning and repairs of cable
• Driving company vehicles as the business necessitates
• Forklift truck driving (once trained)
• Ability to always work safely, ensuring compliance to regulations and Safe Systems of Work
• Ability to be extremely flexible & dynamic to meet changing customer requirements
• Frequent travel and working in different locations, both UK & Internationally (occasionally)
• The Power Units operate 24/7 365 and therefore out of hours work, including weekend work is required

The ideal Assistant Field Service Electrician will possess the following qualifications:

• 5 GCSE Qualifications A-C (desirable)
• The ideal candidate may have completed an apprenticeship and will be familiar with a industrial environment
