MediRec is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support multiple residential aged care facilities across the Gold Coast on a temporary and casual basis.

You will join a network of established aged care teams, providing high-quality clinical care, maintaining resident safety, and supporting care staff across a range of facilities. With regular shifts available across the Gold Coast, MediRec offers the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Alongside casual and temp opportunities, MediRec also offers 4–12 week travel nursing contracts across Australia, giving you the option to combine local Gold Coast shifts with contract work when it suits you.

Duties

• Provide high-quality clinical care within residential aged care facilities across the Gold Coast
• Support and guide care staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Complete accurate documentation, progress notes and clinical handovers
• Support safe medication administration and respond to changing resident needs
• Promote a calm, safe and professional environment for residents and staff

Skills and experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Full working rights in Australia
• Recent Australian aged care experience (minimum 3–6 months)
• Confident working independently across different care environments
