MediRec is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support residential aged care facilities across the Hervey Bay and Maryborough region.

With 1-2 shifts available daily, this is a great opportunity for RNs looking for regular casual work, flexibility around their lifestyle, and the opportunity to earn above-market agency rates.

You’ll join established care teams and provide high-quality clinical support to residents while working alongside experienced aged care professionals.

Duties

• Provide high-quality clinical care within residential aged care settings
• Support medication administration and respond to changes in resident condition
• Complete accurate documentation and clinical handovers
• Work collaboratively with care teams to maintain safe and positive resident outcomes
• Provide leadership and support to care staff when required

Skills and experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Full working rights in Australia
• Recent aged care experience (minimum 3-6 months in Australia)
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
• Confident working independently and adapting quickly to different environments
