Registered Nurse – Aged Care | Ceduna, SA

Permanent position | $77,000–$106,000 + super | Generous relocation support

MediRec is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a small nursing home, a residential aged-care service supporting the close-knit community of Ceduna in regional South Australia.

You’ll receive structured support from an experienced Residential Manager while being given the independence to take ownership of your role and make a genuine difference.

What’s on offer

• Base salary from approximately $77,800 to $106,000 plus super, depending on experience

The role

As a Registered Nurse at Seaview Village, you’ll provide safe, respectful and person-centred care to residents while supporting positive clinical outcomes across the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality clinical care in a residential aged-care environment

• Completing clinical assessments and responding to changes in residents’ health

• Medication management and administration

• Wound assessment and ongoing wound care

• Developing and reviewing individual care plans

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Communicating with residents, families and other healthcare teams

• Supporting care staff and contributing to a positive team environment

• Providing culturally safe and respectful care within a predominantly Aboriginal community

• Remaining calm and solutions-focused when clinical needs escalate

About you

Aged-care experience is preferred, but it isn’t an absolute requirement. Nurses with transferable experience across hospital, emergency, medical, geriatric or community settings are encouraged to apply.

You’ll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

• Confidence with medication management and wound care

• A patient-centred and culturally sensitive approach

• Resilience and the ability to work calmly under pressure

• The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your role

• A genuine interest in aged care and regional community health

• Full Australian working rights, or eligibility for employer sponsorship
