Brunel University London Pathway College (BPC) is an Affiliate College of Brunel University London, located on the University Campus, based in Uxbridge, West London. The College is owned and operated by Navitas, a leading global education provider, offering first-class pathway programmes leading to a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses at Brunel University London. Pathways include Foundation, First Year Studies and Pre-Master’s, providing international, EU and UK-home students an alternative entry point into Brunel due to not meeting the direct entry criteria or their qualifications are not recognised.
The role of the SRM is to promote BPC as a study destination to prospective students and partners in Pakistan. The SRM will develop and execute strategic student recruitment plans to secure the respective enrolment targets. The position will require a professional with solid sales and marketing experience to engage in student recruitment activities targeting key segments including agents, schools, parents and others.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria
Essential technical role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in recruiting students for the UK higher education sector
- Experience in meeting ambitious student recruitment targets from Pakistan
- Able to reflect, assess and develop recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets by intake
- Ability to gather market intelligence, access and use data and analysis to support business decision making
- Ability to create and articulate value propositions in a clear and compelling way to a wide range of audiences
- Able to plan and execute multi-channel lead generation and conversion campaigns by intake
- Able to engage with recruitment agents to drive business growth
- Able to positively influence stakeholders and manage conflicts
- Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and recruitment activities and report appropriately
- Experience in managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment
- Knowledge of Home Office/UKVI requirements

Key Result Areas
- Co-develop and implement a Pakistan student recruitment strategy in collaboration with the University and Navitas in-country team, to achieve ambitious enrolment targets by intake.
- Support the DMA and other stakeholders to develop and articulate the value proposition of the College / University.
- Coordinate and where applicable attend student recruitment and conversion events (online and in person). Bringing a cross-selling mind-set and approach throughout.
- Manage agent relationships in Pakistan through regular touch-points, applying strong account management, and providing training and support to help generate high quality student enquiries, applications and offers.
- The SRM would lead on the end-to-end elements of the student recruitment journey and deeply involved in the conversion process leading and through to enrolment stage. Conversion rates will be a key performance indicator.
- Providing regular reporting on recruitment activities, monitoring effectiveness of strategies and adapting approach to market conditions and competitor intelligence. Where needed, submitting proposals, with data and analysis, to the DMA to improve the overall offer to the market.
- Assist the DMA in providing market insight and accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports with input from different sources:
- Accounting for regulatory changes and product trends
- Reviewing spend and results from previous period
- Ensuring the College and the University partner are aligned in terms of strategy and plans
- Work with the DMA and wider teams to ensure the College remains within UK-national and internal guidelines for compliance - GDPR, UKVI, CMA and others
