Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer orders and maintain order records

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
• Assist with invoicing, delivery scheduling, and stock tracking
• Provide general administrative support to the office team
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative or order entry role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Own transport is essential due to location
