Overview of the Position:

The role of Admissions & Compliance Officer(s) will be required to assist the India SCO-GTE in UPA/UPE divisions for the Navitas business unit(s), with a view to ensure timely processing of quality applicants while focussing on increased conversions.

The Admission & Compliance Officer will work alongside team members to carry out the role of processing international student applications via a defined series of processes and systems, establishing strong links with College-based colleagues and regional teams throughout the divisions.

Key elements of the role include ensuring that: 

  • Enquiries, GTE processing, applications are responded to in line with defined service level agreements
  • Applications are assessed accurately and in accordance with the latest admissions requirements
  • Agents, students and regional teams are updated and kept abreast of developments at all times
  • Student interviews are carried out, recorded and communicated accurately
  • Sustainable and productive working relationships are developed with regional teams, the College, our University Partners and agents
  • Individual and team targets are achieved

The person we seek will ideally have the following

  • Experience in a process driven customer-focussed environment, and ability to manage own work under pressure and timelines
  • Understanding of the Higher Education Industry and knowledge of university and/or pathway admissions criteria
  • Experience in managing compliance, ideally with regards to university admissions
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive work habits including attention to details,ability of record keeping, management and sophisticated reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English, Computer literacy along with Outlook and effective interpersonal skills
  • CRM knowledge, knowledge of languages other than English and Mother tongue
