• Answer calls, emails, and social media enquiries.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Collate customer feedback
• Ensure the customer receives excellent communications and continually identifying ways to improve the customer journey
• Support the warehouse and various teams in planning tasks, routes, and providing solutions to issues.
• Business administration
• Inputting sales orders when required
• Chasing referral enquiries and quotations

Ideal role for candidates with some experience in Customer Service / Sales / Admin within a Manufacturing, Construction or Transport industry.
