Info about the Customer Service advisor role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an inbound customer service advisor to work within a leading out of service provider, you will work as part of a team which deals with welfare emergencies for care alarms and emergency maintenance.
This is a challenging role, which requires first class communication skills. You will work as part of the 24hr Call Centre Team helping to support customers when they call in, on the emergency care line system or general repairs and maintenance enquires.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or the care industry and are confident of assisting customers in a calm and sensitive manner.
You will be first point of contact to customers and will provide assistance, support and making sure the wellbeing of the customer comes first.

Customer service advisor role involves:
* Handling customer's general queries
* Confident of contacting emergency services and other professional agencies
* Carry out daily welfare calls
* Booking and managing appointments
* Dispatching engineers
* Handling complex emergency repair requests and recognise vulnerability
* Prioritise repairs and understand all health and safety issues associated with repairs
The ideal Customer service advisor will need to have the following attributes:
