The Opportunity

As Head of Allied Health, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Allied Health division while providing leadership and oversight of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen service delivery, develop your workforce and ensure the division continues to deliver exceptional care while achieving operational and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary Allied Health team.
  • Provide operational leadership of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Drive workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention.
  • Improve client experience, service delivery and operational performance.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance across Allied Health and EAP services.
  • Foster collaboration across Allied Health, Support Coordination and other business units.
  • Support the implementation of new services and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain a limited clinical caseload to remain connected to frontline practice and support clinical quality.

About You

You're an experienced Allied Health leader with strong operational and commercial capability who enjoys developing people, improving services and leading high-performing teams.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Allied Health qualifications with current professional registration or membership.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong operational, financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving service improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience within disability, NDIS or child safety services will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
