Overview
Our client is a global retail group and they are seeking a Senior Manager, ERP to lead the ERP support and development projects, with a particular focus on Oracle EBS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the support and development projects globally for Oracle EBS and other integrated ERP systems
- Manage order management, supply chain, and warehouse processes within the ERP environment
- Lead and mentor a global application support team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective ERP solutions
- Work closely with vendors to optimize system performance and ensure service level agreements are met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP processes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems to inform strategic decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP support and development projects in APAC, particularly with Oracle EBS
- In-depth knowledge of order management, supply chain, and warehouse processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience leading and developing a global application support team
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry-specific ERP requirements
- Excellent vendor management skills, with a track record of successfully optimizing vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
