An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit a Paralegal with commercial property experience who is looking to further develop their career within a busy and supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Partner and fee earners, assisting on a range of commercial property matters and playing a key role in the progression of transactions.

The team handles a broad range of real estate work and is particularly interested in candidates with commercial property experience. Telecoms property experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a range of commercial property transactions
  • Supporting fee earners with file management and transaction progression
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Conducting Land Registry searches and investigations
  • Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors and third parties
  • Maintaining case management systems and client files
  • Assisting with completions and post-completion matters
  • Managing administrative and transactional tasks to support the wider team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous commercial property experience gained within a law firm
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • A proactive and team-focused approach

Telecommunications property experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Candidates must be able to work full-time and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Milton Keynes. A clean UK driving licence and access to transport would be advantageous.
