Private Client Locum Solicitor

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire (on-site)

Hourly rate: Competitive

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 10am-4pm, 3 days per week (flexible)

Duration: Ongoing, long-term expected

My client, a law firm in Malvern specialising in Private Client work, is seeking a dependable Locum Solicitor to support their team while they recruit permanently. This role will involve managing an existing caseload and providing continuity within the department. The assignment is anticipated to run for several months.

Duties include:

• Handling estate administration and estate accounts
• Preparing and advising on Powers of Attorney
• General wills and probate work
