Private Client Fee Earner – Malmesbury

I am working with a well‑established and reputable regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their friendly team in Malmesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to handle a full and varied caseload within a supportive, professional environment.

The role

• Managing a full caseload of private client matters, including probate, will drafting, tax planning, Court of Protection work, and lasting powers of attorney
• Providing clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients, often at sensitive times
• Building strong, long‑term client relationships through excellent communication and a client‑focused approach
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Keeping up to date with developments in private client law and best practice

About you

• Experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
• STEP qualified or working towards STEP is preferred, but not essential
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional approach
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on client care
• Open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners
