Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join one of the UK's leading specialist family law firms? We are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to support a busy Family Law department across offices in Marlow and Beaconsfield.

The Role
You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of family law solicitors. Day-to-day duties will include:
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence, court documents and legal forms
- Managing fee earners' diaries, arranging appointments and meetings
- Dealing with client enquiries by telephone and in person with empathy and professionalism
- Opening and closing files, maintaining accurate case management records
- Preparing court bundles and legal documents
- Liaising with courts, third parties and counsel
- General office administration
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within family law (though other practice areas will be considered)
- Strong audio typing skills and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable manner
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with a case management system is advantageous
- A sensitive and discreet approach when dealing with clients going through difficult personal circumstances
