An exciting opportunity is anticipated for experienced Document Review Paralegals to join a forthcoming document review project with a leading international law firm.
 
The project is expected to commence within the coming weeks and is anticipated to run for up to four weeks. The client is seeking a team of reviewers and is keen to identify strong candidates with relevant document review experience ahead of final project approval.
 
Working as part of a specialist review team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing documents in accordance with review protocols, assessing issues such as relevance, privilege and confidentiality. The role requires a strong eye for detail, consistency in decision-making and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced review environment.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting first-pass document review
  • Identifying relevant, privileged and confidential materials
  • Applying coding decisions accurately and consistently
  • Following review protocols and project-specific guidance
  • Supporting quality control processes where required
  • Working collaboratively with review managers and legal teams
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

The successful candidate will have previous document review experience, ideally gained on investigations, disputes, regulatory matters or large-scale disclosure exercises.

Candidates should possess:

  • Previous document review experience
  • Strong understanding of privilege and relevance review
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using review platforms such as Relativity or similar systems
