Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing (fully remote)

Salary: Up to £35,000

This role is ideal for a paralegal with 6 months or more experience in residential conveyancing who has a proven ability to take ownership of their own files.

What the role involves

You’ll work fully remotely, with the option to join colleagues in Manchester for occasional social events. Your caseload will include:

• Purchases and refinances
• Acting for both lender and borrower
• Freehold and leasehold matters
• Dual‑representation files
• Buy‑to‑let work, including reviewing and reporting on ASTs

The position suits someone who’s already had hands‑on exposure to conveyancing files and is confident progressing matters independently, with guidance available when needed.

What they’re looking for

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar residential conveyancing paralegal role
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Experience with dual‑rep work
• Familiarity with buy‑to‑let transactions and AST review
• Strong organisational skills and confidence working remotely
