An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Real Estate Lawyer to support a specialist legal consultancy on an ad-hoc basis.
This role is ideally suited to a Senior Real Estate Solicitor with 15+ years' PQE gained at a recognised City, national or leading regional firm. The client is looking for candidates with a strong technical real estate background and proven experience undertaking property due diligence work on corporate and real estate transactions.
The successful candidate will provide support on a range of due diligence projects, reviewing property documentation and preparing reports on title for transactions of varying size and complexity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed real estate due diligence reviews
- Reviewing title documentation and property-related information
- Preparing and drafting reports on title
- Identifying and assessing legal risks relating to property assets
- Supporting transactional real estate projects
- Working closely with senior lawyers and project teams
- Providing commercially focused advice and recommendations
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 15 years' PQE
- Strong real estate transactional and due diligence experience
- Previous experience preparing reports on title
- Experience gained at a City, national or highly regarded regional firm
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
