An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Real Estate Lawyer to support a specialist legal consultancy on an ad-hoc basis.

This role is ideally suited to a Senior Real Estate Solicitor with 15+ years' PQE gained at a recognised City, national or leading regional firm. The client is looking for candidates with a strong technical real estate background and proven experience undertaking property due diligence work on corporate and real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will provide support on a range of due diligence projects, reviewing property documentation and preparing reports on title for transactions of varying size and complexity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed real estate due diligence reviews
  • Reviewing title documentation and property-related information
  • Preparing and drafting reports on title
  • Identifying and assessing legal risks relating to property assets
  • Supporting transactional real estate projects
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and project teams
  • Providing commercially focused advice and recommendations

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 15 years' PQE
  • Strong real estate transactional and due diligence experience
  • Previous experience preparing reports on title
  • Experience gained at a City, national or highly regarded regional firm
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
