Driver – Vehicle Ferrying (Ongoing Work)

Location: Stallingborough

Pay: £12.91–£25.82 per hour (dependent on shift)

Shifts: 08:00–20:00 (12-hour shifts)

Contract: Ongoing (subject to site volumes)

GI Group are recruiting Drivers to support vehicle ferrying operations for a leading automotive logistics client based in Stallingborough.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the safe movement of vehicles across site and between compounds. Key duties include:

• Moving vehicles within the compound and between on-site compounds
• Driving a variety of vehicles, including electric, manual and automatic
• Using handheld scanners where required
• Completing basic vehicle checks and reporting any damage immediately

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A full UK Category B driving licence
• Held your licence for at least 24 months
• No more than 3 penalty points (subject to endorsement codes)
• Be 22+ (for insurance purposes)
• Confidence driving manual, automatic and electric vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
• Flexibility to work weekends when required
• Your own transport, due to the site location
