3 Shift – Week 1 (6am-2pm), Week 2 (2pm – 10pm), Week 3 (10pm – 6am)

£50,000 - £55,000

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Team Leader/Supervisor to join a UK known hight automated manufacturer in the Coventry Area!

With no day ever being the same the Shift Team Leader/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform hands on maintenance duties (Electrical and Mechanical) when needed across the site
• Support the engineering team and mentor junior member of the team ensuring training and compliance goals are met
• Contribute and drive-in continuous improvement into the maintenance team
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental compliances are met and adhered to on site
• Leading a team of 4 on site – man management whilst on shift

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum NVQ3 in and Engineering discipline
• CMI/ILM or similar management certificate – Highly desirable
• Proven experience with hands on maintenance on automated machinery – Conveyors / Pumps / Motors / Gearboxes / Robotics / Bearings
• Experience working in an automated environment with tight schedules and in a planned and predictive maintenance environment
