Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality assurance advisors
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, including HACCP and BRC
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the production process
- Develop and implement quality control processes and protocols
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading a successful BRC audit
- Food safety experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and Food Safety standards
- Degree qualified in food science or a relevant field
