 Manager -Restructuring London Big 4 team
Location: London, England
Salary: GBP60000 - GBP75000 per annum + Car allowance + Bonus and Bens
This role offers you the opportunity to work with a big 4 restructuring team. You will support businesses that are under-performing and/or distressed. you will be responsible for assisting Partners with the execution of mandates.
This role requires you to be responsible for
Undertaking of detailed analysis to present robust advice to client teams.
• Detailed Analysis,whilst managing a restructuring assignment with clients including divisional and functional management at corporates, lawyers and contacts at banks and other lenders/investor.
•Manage engagements and projects overseeing junior staff and acting as a point of contact with clients
•Business development activities.
•Development of junior staff on assignments.
Applicant Requirements
•Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
•Previous experience of Restructuring or Transaction services with a knowledge of working on distressed deals.
•Experience in managing client work,and working in a professional services team ideally with a focus based on stakeholder advisory, turnaround, transformation or IBR assignments.
