PE Fund Manager

PE Fund Manager (JN -072024-6485443) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Review and maintain complex financial models for each private equity investment.
  • Review the monthly reports and financial closing for each private equity fund.
  • Monitor and assess the monthly financial performance of each fund, compare it to the projected model in the business plan and report any deviation.
  • Provide recommendation and corrective action for each fund to the head of department.
  • Handle the value creation for each fund in coordination with the head of department.
  • Identify the key performance indicators to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Prepare and review the presentation for the board meeting for each fund.
  • Prepare and review the board minutes of meeting for each fund.
  • Prepare the annual report for each fund.
  • Make sure to meet all the reporting deadlines for the CMA.
