We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team!


OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will maintain and manage financial records and analyze financial data trends, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is mandatory.



  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports by analyzing account information such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Review and report cash deposits & disbursements daily.
  • Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparation of month-end and year-end closing.
  • Additional projects assigned by the Accounting Manager.



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Minimum of two years of experience.
  • Expert in Excel and creating pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function as a team player.
