LMA are working with a prestigious executive search firm who are looking for an exceptional Team PA to join their business. The role is supporting 3 recruiters and requires someone who can multi task, meet deadlines and thrive under pressure. Previous experience working within a recruitment environment would be highly beneficial.
You will liaise with both clients and candidates and therefore requires strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong MS Office experience, including MS Excel is essential. The ideal candidate will enjoy taking ownership of project work and have a proactive attitude.
If you are someone who always has a to do list, this could be the role for you! A minimum of 2 years experience in fast paced office environment is vital.
Full time, permanent position. Working remotely until offices re-open, (City based).
