For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Organizational Change Manager


Background:
To cope with the Pharma vision (3-5 times more patient benefits with 50% less cost to society” we are transforming the way we are working at Artworks.

The Automated Artworks Creation program aims to automate the artworks creation, standardize globally processes & systems and transform the current roles.

At the core will be a yet to be developed Artworks Creation tool (ACT). Our ambition is to create the first world-leading automation tool for artworks. A crucial part for the success is, that this system is embedded and connected within our landscape. Therefore, we are partnering with an industry-leading vendor, affiliates, regulatory, as well as packaging development to meet the various needs and to be able to deliver the best in-class solution.

Due to the complexity and dependencies, we defined 4 phases to deliver the best results in optimal time with limited risks to the organization.

We are currently at the start of phase 2 and are seeking professional support until the successful completion [2025]. Our next steps are design workshops and initial sprints to deliver the first MVPs.

Ideal candidate:
To support the phase 2 of the Automated Artworks Creation program, we are looking for an OCM/change manager with an excellent English level. This person needs to have a first experience (min 1/2 years) in change management and OCM. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree as a minimum and strong work experience with the Google suite. A candidate with previous Roche experience would have a strong advantage. Soft skills are highly important for this role. We need someone hands on with excellent communication skills, a “can do” attitude and problem solving mindset.


Tasks & Responsibilities
As an Organization Change Manager (OCM), you will be responsible to manage the change management and report directly to the Program Leader.
As part of your tasks, you will:
• Develop together with the program leader and leadership team the change management strategy and plan
• Design change management activities and translate them into actionable deliverables for the different change management levers: design, engagement, processes, involvement, communications, sponsors, stakeholders assessment and management, coaching, training, resistance management, risk management, success management.
• Engage stakeholder groups, bring your expertise to the development of the product, always with adoption in mind
• Develop marketing and training material, create and deliver communication campaign
• Collaborate with other team members to develop messaging and support content development as required
• Walks the talk in all things OCM (leads by example) and thereby helps build a strong program reputation in the organization

Must Haves:
• Excellent –ideally native- English is a must
• Hands-on organizational and operational change management experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Google Applications (G-Suite: gSheets, gSlides, gDocs, gDrive, gChat & Hangouts, Google Meet, gSites, g+, …)
• Minimum Bachelor University Degree
• Agile experience from previous projects and matrix organizations
• Very good communication skills, fluency in English spoken and written (native speakers preferred), every other languages as a bonus
• Can define and drive the OCM strategy for a product, while at the same time being swift and pragmatic in translating the strategy into tactical measures and ensure their execution
• Drive the program from an OCM point of view with a positive change mindset as part of a complex matrix organization with several internal stakeholders (stakeholder management experience)
• You have technical affinity (Data Science, IT, Software) and a creative mindset
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to influence and mobilize others for results
• Very strong and proven team player, committed to meeting the common goals and able to excel in a virtual team
• Able to articulate benefits of key organizational change activities and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Confident working with technical content and adapting to different audiences
• Comfortable self-learning new basic common tools (e.g. Simpleshow) or similar for animations, intranet editing tools, basic video editing
• Hands-on attitude, self-motivated and proactive with a very high degree of reliability
• Has an agile and growth mindset and a “Can-Do” attitude with ability to pivot between roles and approaches based on team needs
• Autonomous, structured, and goal-oriented working methods and a good team player

Nice to haves:
• Previous pharma experience
• Change management certification (PROSCI Certification and/or Changefirst certification)
