For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified International OCM Co-Lead in Knowledge Management (m/w/d)


Backgound:
The Knowledge Management (KM) Global OCM Co-Lead works closely together with the KM OCM Lead and is accountable for the overall work of the Communications stream within the KM Organizational Change Management team. The OCM Co-Lead signs off-key deliverables and provides insights and guidance/overall direction to the entire team, including instilling agile ways of working.

The perfect candidate has worked in Organizational Change Management for min. 4 years, is experienced in Project Management and working with agile methodologies, and ideally has Roche experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the strategic development and oversight of KM Global Communications & Engagement
• Co-owns the comms & engagement strategy and plan with your role having a particular focus on alignment with DCEN, EpiCX and wider CX initiatives, and flexes this where necessary
• In collaboration with key stakeholders to support the development of a communications strategy and framework
• Act as the conduit between DCEN, EpiCX and KM - manage the flow of information between the three CX initiatives to ensure alignment of messaging
• Engage with and manage key stakeholders from across the many different CX initiatives to ensure alignment in messaging
• Manage the delivery of KM comms and engagement activities, ensuring they are aligned to the overall OCM strategy and vision
• Support the communication of the digital/CX vision, which aims to inspire the organization and encourage the embracing of collective responsibility/networked ways of working
• Continuously develop the KM Program messaging and 'story' to consistently deliver against the program's objectives in an impactful way
• Works with other teams of the KM Program to ensure transparency and visibility of the program's progress is communicated effectively
• Support the KM Program Leadership team with key comms announcements
• Act as a 'gatekeeper' to comms requests from across the Program, assessing the viability and connectivity of requests to the comms & engagement strategy
• Engage with and manage key stakeholders across the KM Program to ensure messaging remains on-point
• Co-own the key communication channels and continually develop the channel strategy to ensure effective cascade of messaging to relevant audience groups
• Co-own and continually develop key KM comms assets for internal use
• Co-Editor in Chief for all KM comms assets - contributor, reviewer of materials and responsible for obtaining final sign-off ahead of cascade
• Identify any risks or issues which may impact the delivery of the comms & engagement strategy and escalate to the Leadership Team where necessary


Must haves:
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other related graduate or postgraduate level degree
• Min. 4 years experience in OCM, change management, training and/or communications initiatives ideally with experiences in project management
• Accredited in Change Management certifications (i.e Prosci Practitioner)
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, cooperation and communication skills within multinational environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and manage trusted relationships across cultural, and functional boundaries and engages with a wider network with ease
• Ability to lead with a strategic mindset that can continuously identify areas of improvement and provide ideas and solutions in parallel to delivering day-to-day work
• Confident in working with senior leadership teams to execute communications activities and disseminate based on target audience needs
• Good skills in Google Suite, experience in Adobe Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Knowledge Management Solution Systems is a plus
• Graphical skills with G-Site and experienced with mass mailing
• Excellent written and verbal English (C2 level) is required, German is a plus
• Is customer-centric and able to apply this mindset to all facets of work
• Strong flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances, able to cut-through complexity and ambiguity to deliver meaningful and valuable results
• Ability to think and act strategically while remaining in the detailed execution and remain hands-on
• Ability to listen and be diplomatic while asserting his/her point of view based on objectivity and good judgment and appropriately pushing back when needed

Nice to Have:
• Roche experience or biotech/pharma experience is a big plus
• Project Management experience
• Experience in implementing Agile tools in complex multi-projects
• Accredited in agile methodologies
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
