The AVP Strategic Operations is a critical business role in digital division to lead in solution development of the E-commerce infrastructure, drive project feasibility analysis, project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of project implementation within timeline.

You, together with the operations team, will develop necessary infrastructure, tools/system setup to support E-commerce business including but not limited to supply chain management, inventory sourcing & management, content digitisation, on-site & channel operation management, payment solution, and customer service.

Additionally, you will create and setup business partnerships, outsourcing and operating environment including commercial negotiations and project management in order to achieve the necessary partnerships, vendor-relationship, procurement or supplier or resources and/or creating the necessary infrastructure or environment for each component of the E-commerce business.

You will monitor operational data to improve efficiency of infrastructure, process, system so lead to improvement in ROI and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will be comfortable and excel in matrix, cross functional organisation and to be agile in fast-paced business requirement and change. You will have at least 8 years of relevant operation experience including solution development and setup in online retail or E-commerce
