Beacon Hill’s client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking California-licensed attorneys with recent defense‑side litigation experience to support its litigation team. This role primarily involves drafting written discovery responses for corporate clients. 

• Location: Remote, candidates must be located on the West Coast and licensed in California
• Anticipated Start: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing, several months
• Hours: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours may vary; full‑time availability is ideal, but candidates available for part‑time hours will be considered
• Lemon law or warranty experience is a plus
• Conflicts: Any plaintiff‑side lemon law or warranty work
• Pay: $50/hour

Requirements:

• Active California bar licensed in good standing
• 3+ years of recent general defense litigation experience in a law firm
