Salary:	USD80 - USD90 per hour

Beacon Hill’s client, a global law firm, is seeking a Contract Real Estate Attorney with Texas real estate experience to support its team.

Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed and living in Texas
Start: ASAP
Duration: Estimated 6-month engagement
Concurrent Employment: Not permitted
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Pay: $ 80-$90/hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

Must be based in Texas and hold an active Texas bar license in good standing
5+ years of Texas real estate experience and a background supporting matters involving:

Leasing
Acquisitions
Dispositions
Development
