Our client is a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a major HR transformation program focused on consolidating and optimising their SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
This is a high-impact, multi-entity program designed to unify processes, systems, and data across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle. You’ll join at the very beginning of the program, providing the opportunity to shape outcomes from the ground up.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the consolidation of multiple SuccessFactors instances and drive end-to-end delivery across design, configuration, data migration, and testing.
You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance stakeholders to align business processes, define the future-state operating model, and oversee successful implementation and adoption.
This role suits someone confident managing transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — bringing together differing teams, processes, and governance models into a cohesive delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the consolidation of multiple SAP SuccessFactors environments across the full hire-to-retire suite.

Manage the full project lifecycle – process design, configuration, data management, SIT/UAT, and deployment.

Partner with internal SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and system readiness.

Influence steering committees and working groups to create a unified approach and effective decision-making.

Manage vendor engagement and ensure outcomes are aligned with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Maintain strong project governance, reporting, and risk management throughout all phases.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations end-to-end.

Background in enterprise transformation or consolidation projects.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – able to translate between business and technical language.

Strong governance, planning, and vendor management experience.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Desirable:

Experience consolidating multiple SuccessFactors instances.

Exposure to Payroll, Core HR, or Data Migration workstreams.

Knowledge of Change Management and user adoption strategies.

You’ll be working alongside a team of around 8 project members, including business SMEs and functional experts across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
