Be part of something extraordinary. Help shape the future of nuclear energy.
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on bringing people together, driving collaboration and delivering meaningful improvements?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening collaboration across the European Pressurised Reactor (EPR) fleet, helping to share knowledge, drive innovation and improve project delivery across some of Europe's most significant nuclear infrastructure programmes.
Working with colleagues across engineering, construction, commissioning, supply chain and programme teams, you will help turn shared experience and best practice into tangible improvements in performance, efficiency and value.
What you'll be doing
You'll be at the heart of cross-project collaboration, responsible for:
-
Driving knowledge sharing, innovation and the adoption of best practice across the EPR fleet.
-
Supporting the delivery of the Collaboration Agreement and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
-
Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure collaboration, performance and delivery.
-
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a key link between projects.
-
Coordinating stakeholder engagement, communications and organisational learning.
-
Capturing lessons learned and turning them into practical improvements that make a real difference.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident and proactive Project Manager who can influence, engage and bring multidisciplinary teams together.
You'll ideally have:
-
A degree or equivalent qualification.
-
A recognised project management qualification and demonstrable project management experience.
-
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams within major infrastructure, engineering, energy or capital delivery projects.
-
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
-
Excellent analytical skills, including KPI development, performance monitoring and reporting.
-
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex environment.
-
A strategic, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience of working within a complex, regulated organisation is important, with nuclear industry experience desirable but not essential.
