SNI has teamed with a valued client in North Denver on a search for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support and customer service for IT programs in order to achieve ideal customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for offering elite IT support and building rapport with C-Level executives.
* The Technical Support Engineer will offer product support to company partners.
* The Technical Support Engineer will build relationships with employees and provide technical support in a timely manner.
* The Technical Support Engineer will be on a 24 x 7 call rotation.
* The Technical Support Engineer will work with Java, JavaScript, JSON, Windows and SQL Server.
