SNI has teamed with a valued client in Denver on a search for an IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician will offer a high-level of technical support to all company end users. The IT Support Technician will assist end users with hardware, peripheral and application support fixes. The IT Support Technician will also handle all troubleshooting for computer issue and determine the necessary actions to solve all issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* The IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact surrounding technical support for the end users.
* The IT Support Technician must have strong hardware, software, application, network and telephone problem solving skills.
* The IT Support Technician will be responsible for responding to all help desk tickets.
* The IT Support Technician will be log and resolve all tickets. When the tickets are closed, the IT Support Technician will close the ticket in the system.
* The IT Support Technician will offer the end user with basic level installation of all company wide hardware and software.
* The IT Support Technician must have high-end technical knowledge of laptops, printers, and personal computers.
* The IT Support Technician will work with Windows and Microsoft Office.
