As an Emergency Department RN, you will:

• Deliver patient-centred care across a broad range of emergency presentations in a regional setting
• Perform triage, assessment and emergency interventions in a dynamic environment
• Be required to work across multiple clinical areas as part of a rural generalist model of care
• Gain exposure to a wide variety of cases, expanding your clinical scope beyond a traditional ED role
• Contribute to patient flow, safety and continuous improvement initiatives

  Skills and Experience
  
  
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3-5 years acute hospital experience
• Strong clinical assessment, triage and emergency care skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and confidence working across different specialties in a regional setting
