Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred, clinical care to aged care residents
  • Complete and manage assessments, care plans, and reviews
  • Administer medications and monitor responses
  • Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and allied health professionals
  • Support and lead care staff, encouraging best practices and skill development
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Respond to clinical incidents and manage risk effectively
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

 

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • Willingness to relocate to rural Victoria – relocation support available
