Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred, clinical care to aged care residents
- Complete and manage assessments, care plans, and reviews
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and allied health professionals
- Support and lead care staff, encouraging best practices and skill development
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Respond to clinical incidents and manage risk effectively
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Willingness to relocate to rural Victoria – relocation support available
