  • Your role will be to mentor and manage the helpdesk support team and engineers. Furthermore, you will be keen to contribute to the Strategy and Innovation of Technology and analyse systems and processes to improve efficiency

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-past support team 
  • Experience with crisis management 
  • Previous experience handling high volume of tickets/calls
  • Impeccable people management skills
  • Strong IT background
  • Must have worked within an MSP environment previously
