Job Title: Junior Account Executive

Location: Capitol Hill, DC - Hybrid Work

Base Salary: $55K + OTE: $10-15K (First-year earnings potential: $65K–$70K)

Your Junior AE Mission:

As a core member of the Junior AE team, you will be on the front lines, helping financial institutions ensure fair lending practices. This involves:

• Becoming conversant and articulate in complex regulatory frameworks.
• Proactively researching and identifying new customers (banks, mortgage lenders, etc.).
• Scheduling introductory meetings for the senior sales team.
• Embodying an entrepreneurial spirit while collaborating closely with the sales team.
