Job Title: Business Development Executive - Tech Sales 

Location: Richardson, TX Salary: $50,000 base + $20,000 OTE ($70,000 total package)

The Role: As a BDE, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline. Working in a high-energy, 100% in-office environment, you will research upcoming projects and connect with decision-makers in sectors like law enforcement and construction. 

• Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily to source new opportunities.

• Book 10-15 qualified meetings per month for Account Executives.

• Utilize industry-leading tools like ZoomInfo to build your network.

What You Need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree.

• A "find a way" attitude and a thick skin for high-activity outreach.

• High energy and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.
