Job Title: Business Development Representative - FinTech Sales Career Start

Salary: $55,000 Base + $10,000–$15,000 OTE

The Opportunity:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the financial services sector.
• Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce leading SaaS-based compliance reporting and analytics solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Engage with compliance officers, leveraging intellectual curiosity to handle second and third-level objections.
• Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

We are looking for a methodical self-starter who is intellectually curious and fearless. You must have a strong drive to research targets and a desire to learn a complex product.
