Job Description

A client of mine is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Australia. The Operations manager will be responsible for a team of customer Success Managers and Account manager who will answer support and account management queries.

Responsibilitie

  • Management of the Customer Success Managers & Account managers
  • operational excellence by implementing process improvements related to productivity and quality across the business.
  • Define the requirements to automate the execution and monitoring of daily operations.
  • Identify operational issues and/or performance improvement opportunities, and effectively implement internal process changes to correct any adverse performance and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Be the escalation point for any operational issues
  • Become a valued member of the APAC leadership team with responsibility for the growth and profitability of the company as well as being involved in long-term business planning.

Skills And Experiences

  • At least three years experience in an operational role
  • Experience in leading a Customer Success team
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
  • Working to deadlines and ensuring the work is of the highest standard
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with all levels
  • Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand/interpret data, and create action plans to improve KPIs
  • Customer centric
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solid organizational skills and execution including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • A desire to work in an exciting fast paced environment
