Job Description
A client of mine is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Australia. The Operations manager will be responsible for a team of customer Success Managers and Account manager who will answer support and account management queries.
Responsibilitie
- Management of the Customer Success Managers & Account managers
- operational excellence by implementing process improvements related to productivity and quality across the business.
- Define the requirements to automate the execution and monitoring of daily operations.
- Identify operational issues and/or performance improvement opportunities, and effectively implement internal process changes to correct any adverse performance and deliver continuous improvements.
- Be the escalation point for any operational issues
- Become a valued member of the APAC leadership team with responsibility for the growth and profitability of the company as well as being involved in long-term business planning.
Skills And Experiences
- At least three years experience in an operational role
- Experience in leading a Customer Success team
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
- Working to deadlines and ensuring the work is of the highest standard
- Ability to build and develop relationships with all levels
- Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand/interpret data, and create action plans to improve KPIs
- Customer centric
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills and execution including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- A desire to work in an exciting fast paced environment
