Salary:	GBP27000 - GBP31000 per annum

Managing rent arrears recovery, working closely with tenants to ensure payments are made promptly and regularly.
Enforcing tenancy conditions to maintain the high standard of housing provision.
Liaising with external agencies and legal teams when necessary.
Providing regular reports on recovery and enforcement activities.
Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation within the property industry.
Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures within the department.
Providing support to other members of the Secretarial & Business Support team as required.
