Gi Group are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Adviser to join our client on an interim basis, delivering experienced hire recruitment across the organisation. Reporting to the Recruitment Specialist, the Internal Recruitment Adviser will take a lead role in both strategic and BAU recruitment activity - providing expert advice, operational support, and practical solutions to recruitment challenges.
What you’ll be doing as a Internal Recruitment Adviser
- Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions that support diversity and inclusion
- Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate assessment and selection approaches, working with colleagues and external providers where required
- Use recruitment data (including ATS reporting and candidate surveys) to drive insights, reporting and continuous improvement
- Write new recruitment adverts from scratch and refine existing templates to meet new requirements
What we are looking for in a Internal Recruitment Adviser
- Adviser-level recruitment experience in a busy function, delivering end-to-end experienced hire recruitment (sourcing to onboarding), including high-volume campaigns with strong accuracy/attention to detail
- Confident using an ATS/recruitment system
- Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Strong written communication and attention to detail (proofreading desirable)
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (advertise to onboarding)
- Confident networker/influencer with a curious, market-aware mindset
- IT competent (Microsoft and HR/ATS systems)
- Open, collaborative communicator with colleagues and stakeholders
- Positive, service-led and solution-focused; listens and acts on feedback
- Builds strong relationships; curious, confident, persuasive and a team player
