Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)
Salary: Basic £15k - £18k + Car allowance of £250.00 per month + OTE
Location: Bognor Regis
Hours: 8.30-6pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
Must have a full clean driving licence and own transport
My client is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful independent agency based in the heart of Bognor Regis.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming queries from vendors and purchasers
- Booking in viewings and market appraisals
- Canvassing for new business
- Diary management
- Viewings
- Sales progression
- Marketing properties
The right candidate will have a proven estate agency background in either sales or lettings. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a target-based environment. You will have good IT skills and be highly organised and a passion for selling property.
