A successful business based near Liverpool Street, London are seeking an experienced Talent Aquisition Consultant to join a small inhouse recruitment team. Working in a busy environment, you must have experience of direct sourcing. You will be managing a large sector so will need to be able to work at pace. 

- Liaising with management regarding vacancies, review and plan

- Guiding manager and ensuring correct recruitment processes followed

- Advertising positions

- Direct sourcing across multiple channels

- Managing high volume recruitment

- Meeting deadlines and adhering to SLAs

- Reviewing candidates, initial interviewing

- MI reporting

You will need to be strategic in your approach to attraction, including the consideration of apprenticeships, head hunting, internal referral schemes and social media sites. You will be able to build strong working relationships and be influential in your approach.
