Junior HR Business Partner (KG10090) City of London, England
|Salary:||GBP40000 - GBP45000 per annum|
A successful commercial business are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner to join them shortly to cover a 12 month maternity leave fixed term contract. This role will be based from their City of London office and require regular travel to sites across England supporting the business in a generalist capacity.
Reporting to the HR Director and working with a wider HR function, this role plays a key part in supporting Managers with their employee issues and advising on a range of generalist HR queries, including Employee relations, policy guidance, talent management and development.
Experience operating in a similar partnering role is essential, CIPD is desirable and a commercial, confident approach is an important trait to have.
Ability to travel regularly is essential due to the nature of the role, most sites can be accessed by public transport so a car is not essential. A strong and up to date knowledge of employment legislation is also important to have and it would be beneficial if you have previous experience successfully working in a similar industry/environment/role.
