Salary: GBP55000 - GBP65000 per annum

A newly created 12 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen with one of our key clients based in the City of London. As part of a high profile transformation project taking place, there is a requirement for an experienced HR professional to join the client ASAP to manage the on-boarding and workforce planning with the business to ensure the project runs successfully.

This position will be working closely with a number of key stakeholders on the project including the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners and the Business hiring managers to ensure that the projects workforce is managed effectively, ensuring new employees have a positive and efficient experience in joining the company and the people already working on the project are working effectively in the right roles etc. 

The successful candidate must have proven experience working in a similar role/project. The client will consider both RPO and in-house onboardingexperience but ideally in a large, complex matrix structure and have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills. It is key that the successful candidate has hands on experience managing any issues that arise with onboarding checks and working effectively with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the project workforce.
