Kingswood Group are pleased to be partnering with our client, a large global business within professional services to recruit an experienced interim Resourcing Business Partner to join them ASAP on a 6 month basis.
This will be a relationship management role, working closely with two business functions within the organisation to effectively manage the recruitment and resourcing for the business. This is NOT a recruitment delivery role but needs a good understanding of the end to end delivery process and resource planning/management. Essentially the successful candidate will work with hiring managers to look at recruitment plans, trends and processes - reviewing analytics across all levels of recruitment from early careers to experienced hires, ensuring the business is aware of potential issues and advising where necessary on potential solutions. This will involve working effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external in a complex matrix structure.
The role is to cover an internal secondment so the successful candidate will need proven experience in a similar role to 'hit the ground running'.
This is a day rate contract - inside IR35 so will need to go through an umbrella company.
